Your CXcherry platform allows you to set up a question category which can be assigned to a question. Creating question categories is a useful way to organize your questions into groups so that you can find them quickly in a question bank whenever you want to import questions from a question bank into the test. 


To create a new question category, log in to your CXcherry platform as the Super Admin. Click on the gear icon in the header and select Manage Question Banks item. On the Manage Question Banks page, hover over the plus button at the top, then press the Manage Question Category button. You will be redirected to Manage Question Category page. On the Manage Question Category page, press the plus button at the top. 


In the slide-out panel, fill out the information on the page. The mandatory fields are marked with an asterisk*. A few details about fields on this page: 

  • Title: Name of the question category. 
  • Description: Description of the question category. 


 

Press SAVE button to add a question category to your CXcherry platform. You can edit or delete a question category. This can be done by clicking Edit and Delete icons under the Action column. You can delete a question category only if no questions are assigned to it.
