If you want to give recognition to your users on the successful completion of a course, providing a certificate is a good option. 

To create a certificate template, log in to your CXcherry platform as the Super Admin. Click on the gear icon in the header and select Manage Certificates item. On the Manage Certificates page, press the plus button.  

In the slide-out panel, click the File option on the page. The mandatory fields are marked with an asterisk*. A few details about fields on this page: 

  • Code: Unique code of the certificate. 
  • Name Name of the certificate. 
  • Fields: The following fields are available to add to the certificate description/body.
    • Certificate Validity: Validity of the certificate in terms of date. 
    • Course Name: Name of the course for which the certificate has been awarded. 
    • Credits: Credits for the course for which certificate has been awarded.   
    • First Name: First name of the user to whom certificate has been awarded. 
    • Last Name: Last name of the user to whom certificate has been awarded. 
    • Issued On: Date on which certificate was awarded.  
    • Score: Score achieved by the user for the course for which certificate has been awarded.
  • Description: Description/Body of the certificate. 
  • Orientation: Landscape or Portrait 
  • Frame: You can either choose from the provided images or upload a file of your own choice. You can upload file of type JPG, JPEG and PNG. The maximum file size should not exceed 1 GB. Suggested image dimensions for landscape view is 1024x768 px and for portrait view is 768x1024 px. 


 

Press SAVE button to add a new certificate template to your CXcherry platform. Press SAVE & PREVIEW button to add certificate and view the certificate template. You can view, edit, or delete a certificate template. This can be done using View, Edit and Delete icons under the Action column. You can delete a certificate template only if no courses are linked to it. You can see the courses to which the certificate template has been linked by clicking icon under the Courses column.
