As a Super Admin, you can configure the look and feel of your CXcherry platform to reflect your brand identity and optimize the learning experience and overall user experience of your platform. To configure the branding of your portal, log in to your CXcherry platform as the Super Admin. Click on the gear icon in the header and select Manage Branding item. A few details about fields on this page:
- Header: Click on this tab to customize your CXcherry platform with page title, logo, favicon, header background color and header icon colors.
- Page Title: This will appear in browser tabs and needs to be specified for all the languages supported on your CXcherry platform.
- Logo: You can upload file of type JPG, JPEG and PNG as your logo. You will get a cropper to resize the logo as required by the system.
- Favicon: You can upload file of type JPG, JPEG, ICO and PNG as your favicon.
- Sign In Page: Click on this tab to customize the Sign In page of your CXcherry platform. You can select Sign In page template
- Colors: Click on this tab to customize the colors of your CXcherry platform.
- Primary Color: You can enter the HEX code in the corresponding text box to specify primary color for your CXcherry platform.
- Banner: Click on this tab to configure the user side banners on your CXcherry platform. You can add up to 3 banners. For each banner, you will be able to specify the following:
- Banner Image: You can upload file of type JPG, JPEG, PNG, and GIF as your banner image. Suggested image dimensions at least 1920x400 px. Maximum file size should be 2 MB.
- Banner Title: Title of the banner.
- Banner Description: Description of the banner
Press SAVE button to save branding for your CXcherry platform. You can revert to the default branding of your platform. This can be done by pressing the RESET button.
