Your CXcherry platform allows you to send event specific, dynamic content notifications to targeted users through notifications area in the platform as well as email.  To view notifications, log in to your CXcherry platform as the Super Admin. Click on the gear icon in the header and select Manage Notification Templates item.  The following event specific notification templates are already pre-configured in all the languages that are supported for your platform: 

  • Notification to Super Admin for course session requested by User: Notification sent to Super Admin when a User has requested for a VILT session. 
  • Notification to User on course session assignment: Notification sent to a User when they are enrolled for a VILT session by the Super Admin. 
  • Notification to User on session unassignment: Notification sent to a User when they are unenrolled from a VILT session by the Super Admin.  
  • Notification to User for a session about to start: Notification sent to a User when their VILT session is about to start. 
  • Notification to User for change in course session: Notification sent to a User when there are changes to a VILT session. 
  • Notification to Super Admin for course requested by User: Notification sent to Super Admin when a User has requested for an eLearning course. 
  • Notification to Super Admin for User registration request waiting to be approved: Notification sent to Super Admin when a User has done self registration on the portal. 
  • Notification to User for confirming their registration request: Email notification sent to User for confirming their email address used during the self registration process.  
  • Notification to User for registration accepted by Super Admin: Notification sent to User when a Super Admin has approved their self registration request. 
  • Notification to Super Admin for portal creation: Email notification sent to Super Admin of the new portal created on the system. 
  • Notification to User for a course not started: Notification sent to the User when they have not started their eLearning course. 
  • Notification to User for a course about to end: Notification sent to the User when their eLearning course is about to end.  
  • Notification to User for an expired course: Notification sent to the User when their eLearning course has expired/ended.   
  • Notification to User for a certificate about to expire: Notification sent to the User when their course certificate is about to expire.  
  • Notification to User for a course about to start: Notification sent to the User when their eLearning course is about to start. 
  • Notification to User for account creation by Super Admin: Email notification sent to a User when their account is created by the Super Admin. 
  • Notification to User on course assignment: Notification sent to a User when they are enrolled in an eLearning course by the Super Admin.  
  • Notification to User on course unassignment: Notification sent to a User when they are unenrolled from an eLearning course by the Super Admin.  
  • Notification to User for completion of a course: Notification sent to a User when they have completed a course. 
  • Notification for reset password: Notification sent to a User when they reset their password. 

 


You can view or edit a notification template. This can be done using View and Edit icons under the Action column. Whenever you edit any notification template, make sure that the required changes are done for all the languages. Otherwise, the changes will get applied to only the specific language. If you do not want to send notifications for some specific events, you can disable the linked template. This can be done using Enable/Disable (Tick/Cross) icons under the Action column. However, some of the event templates cannot be disabled.
