When users self-register on the platform with moderation mode enabled, the Super Admin will need to accept the registration request for them to be able to access the platform.
To accept or reject the registration requests, log in to your CXcherry platform as the Super Admin. Click on the gear icon in the header and select Manage Users item. On the Manage Users page, press the Pending Users button at the top. You will be able to see all the pending registration requests in the platform.
You can select the registration requests and press the ACCEPT or REJECT button to accept or reject the registration requests. User whose registration request is accepted will receive Notification to User for registration accepted by Super Admin notification (if it is enabled). User whose registration request is rejected will be deleted from the platform.
