Use this tab to create Terms & Conditions for your users to accept when registering or logging into your CXcherry platform.

Furthermore, Terms & Conditions can be versioned, so you can create a new version of the same Terms & Conditions when certain terms have been modified or updated. Your platform tracks all versions of Terms & Conditions, and whether every user has agreed to each version of them. As the Super Admin, you can view reports related to your Terms & Conditions as well.

On the Terms & Conditions page, press the plus button at the top. The mandatory fields are marked with an asterisk*. A few details about fields on this page:

  • Language: Select the language from the drop down in which the new terms & conditions is being added.
  • Body: Content that you want to show for terms & conditions.
  • Terms & Conditions Acceptance Message: Acceptance message that needs to be shown to users while displaying the terms & conditions.

Press SAVE button to add a new version of terms & conditions to your CXcherry platform. By default, all new versions of terms & conditions are added in ‘Disable’ status. You will need to change the status to ‘Enable’ to enforce that version of terms & conditions. Only one version of terms & conditions can be in ‘Enable’ status for any given language.

You can edit a version of terms & conditions if it has not been accepted by any of the users. You can also delete a version of terms & conditions. This can be done using Edit and Delete icons under the Action column.

When creating or updating Terms & Conditions, you can create the same version of the content in multiple languages using the language drop down. Please note that when you are creating or editing terms & conditions in the platform, it is mandatory to add in platforms default language (English US). If you do not add Terms & Conditions in one of the additional languages, that Terms & Conditions will appear to users in the default language instead of appearing blank.

Once Terms & Conditions are enforced, all users will have to accept all mandatory acceptance messages upon logging in or registering into the platform. The platform will not be accessible to a user that has not accepted all mandatory acceptance messages. This applies to the first publication of the first version of Terms & Conditions, and any publication of a new version of the Terms & Conditions in any language.
