Your CXcherry platform supports out of the box integration with Zoom Meeting. Before you can create a VILT course, you need to add Zoom account details to your platform. 

To add a Zoom account, log in to your CXcherry platform as the Super Admin. Click on the gear icon in the header and select Manage VILT Accounts item. On the Manage VILT Accounts page, press the plus button at the top. 

In the slide-out panel, fill out the information on the page. The mandatory fields are marked with an asterisk*. A few details about fields on this page: 

  • Account Name: Name of the Zoom account. 
  • Description: Description of the Zoom account. 
  • API Key: API Key of the Zoom account. 
  • API Secret: API Secret of the Zoom account. 
  • Session Type: Meeting 
  • Number of attendees: Maximum number of attendees allowed in a meeting as per the Zoom account. 



Press SAVE button to add a new Zoom account to your CXcherry platform. You can edit or delete a Zoom account. This can be done using Edit and Delete icons under the Action column.
