APPROVE/ REJECT LEARNING PATH REQUESTS

When enrolment policy is Requires Admin Approval for the learning path, the Super Admin will need to accept the learning path request for them to be able to access the Learning path. 

To accept or reject the learning path requests, log in to your CXcherry platform as the Super Admin. Click on the gear icon in the header and select the Manage Learning Paths item. On the Manage Learning paths page, press the Pending Learning Path request button at the top. You will be able to see all the pending Learning path requests on the platform.

You can select the Learning path requests and press the ACCEPT or REJECT button to accept or reject the Learning path requests. The user whose Learning path request is accepted will receive a notification to the User on the learning path assignment notification (if it is enabled). The user whose learning path request is rejected will be no access to the learning path.
