Your CXcherry platform is powered by Artificial Intelligence (AI) based recommendation engine which recommends relevant courses to users based on their learning history to create a personalized learning experience. The recommendation engine makes use of the following data:
- User related data including their role.
- Course related data including course type, course category, keywords, and type of training materials with the course.
- Courses assigned to the users.
The minimum data required to generate course recommendations for user is as follows:
- At least 1000 course enrollment records in the system.
- At least 25 unique users with 2 course enrollments each.
The recommended courses are available to users under Course Catalog section if “Enable AI based course recommendations for users” option is enabled under System Setup -> Advanced Settings -> Other Settings.
