Your CXcherry platform allows you to organize users into folders and sub folders (also called as branches and sub branches). This helps you to setup your organization chart and structure your users. 


To create an organization chart, log in to your CXcherry platform as the Super Admin. Click on the gear icon in the header and select Manage Users item. On the Manage Users page, press the first plus button from left at the top, then press the Add Branch button. 


In the slide-out panel, fill out the information on the page. The mandatory fields are marked with an asterisk*. A few details about fields on this page: 

  • Language: Select the language from the drop down in which the new folder is being added. 
  • Name: Name of the folder. 
  • Code: Code of the folder, it should be unique. 
  • Parent Branch: Parent for the folder being created. This should be selected only if you are creating a sub folder. 



 

Press SAVE button to add a branch to your CXcherry platform. By default, a root branch called ‘Default’ is already added as part of your CXcherry platform. You can edit or delete a branch by moving your mouse pointer on the branch panel on left side of the Manage Users page. You will see Edit and Delete icons next to the branch. You cannot delete the root branch; however you will be able to edit the name and code for the root branch. You can delete any other branch only if no users are assigned to it. 


When creating or updating a branch, you can create the branch in multiple languages using the language drop down. Please note that when you are creating or editing branches in the platform, it is mandatory to add in platforms default language (English US). If you do not add branches in one of the additional languages, that branch will appear in the default language instead of appearing blank.
